What pets are allowed in our pet-friendly apartment community?

  • Pets weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Cats & Dogs (breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits apply)
  • Hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, or any other small pets (when caged and kept in a sanitary condition)

Any additional or other pets must be approved by our management team. We’re always happy to answer questions!

Nearby Outings for You and Your Pet

Look no further than your own backyard! We have a dog park ready for your pooch to stretch their legs and meet other dogs in the community. The fully-fenced, grassy area has room for you to sit and relax while your dog plays.

What else can you get out and do with your dog? If you’re looking for a change of scenery, there are two dog parks just a five-minute drive away: Fullerton Pooch Park has separate areas for dogs under 25 pounds and larger dogs and features a wood chip area that is open to all dogs. And La Palma Dog Park is a beautiful spot with water fountains for dogs and cleanup bags available.
